This Agreement is effective on October 1, 2009 for current users and upon acceptance for new useres. By registering or using this web site, you agree to the terms and conditions herein.

Before you are permitted to be a member of Sipen, you must read and accept all the terms and conditions within this Terms of Service and accept all of the terms and conditions within the Sipen Privacy Policy. This agreement applies whenever you use any web site or services offered by Sipen.

Content Agreement
While using Sipen, you agree that you will not:

• list your inventory or items in inappropriate categories;
• mislead any person in reference to the products you are selling;
• post any content, message, listing, or other communication that is false, inaccurate, or misleading;
• violate any laws of the United States of America, North Carolina, or your home country or state;
• infringe on any copyrights or trademarks and agree to not use any marks unless you have expressed written permission to do so before making any posts or listings;
• attempt to sell or transfer ownership of your account to any other person without the prior expressed written permission of Sipen;
• fail to deliver payment for any items you agreed to purchase;
• fail to delivery any products you have agreed to sell unless the buyer fails to meet the terms of the sell;
• interfere with the proper operation of the web site or its integrity systems;
• reveal your password to any other user or person;
• contact any person whose information is obtained by using this site without the intent to buy or sell products through the web site;
• post any unsolicited or bulk messages;
• post any chain messages or chain letters or pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing schemes;
• post any obscene or inappropriate content.
• allow anyone under the age of 18 to post any content to this site.

By posting any content, you give us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to that content to be used in any manner we see fit through any media outlet now or in the future.

Permissions
Sipen may, at any time, with or without prior notification, suspend, terminate, delete, modify, or impose limits on your account. By accepting this agreement, you accept that your account is the sole property of Sipen. Sipen may, at its sole discretion, block access to the site, the tools on the site, or the services offered at any time.

Unauthorized accounts, unconfirmed accounts, or inactive accounts will be removed from the system without notification.

Pricing
While joining the Sipen web site is free, Sipen charges fees for listing items. These prices are subject to change at any time without notice. You agree to confirm the prices through the site when signing up for any automated payment plans.

All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. No reimbursement or partial month credits will be provided. All services are rendered in advance. You are responsible for paying all fees and balances incurred when using the web site in a timely manner.

Accounts 60 days past due will be sent to collections and may incur other charges including but not limited to late payment fees and collection costs.

Liability
You agree that Sipen will not be held responsible for the actions, comments, failures, inactions, or inaccuracies of Sipen users and stores. You further agree that any agreements for buying or selling merchandise exist solely between you and the buyer.

Sipen makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness of these services or other services offered for any particular purpose. Sipen takes no responsibility for any damages suffered by you including, but not limited to: loss of data, missed deliveries, or service interruptions, even if caused by negligence of the company or your own errors.

You may cancel your service at any time, and your service will be terminated on the last day of your current pay period in which you canceled. You will be responsible for any charges until termination.

Use of any information obtained through these services is at your own risk. Sipen specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of any information obtained through the use of these services.

This document and the Terms of Service associated with it are subject to change without notice. Continuing to use your account after the new policies have gone into effect will constitute your agreement to abide by said policies. Please check the web site on a regular basis for possible changes to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
